Reconnect with your body, find balance, build strength and flexibility, master your mind, and open the door to your spiritual path... Yoga is an ancient path of wisdom that is open to everyone.

Originally from Argentina, I was a dancer, photographer, sociologist, permaculturist… I discovered yoga at 22 with Rubini Cavoura, a teacher full of wisdom and kindness... That encounter deeply impacted me and planted the seeds of a new path. Later, already in France, I became certified as a teacher at the Sivananda ashram and created my own project, Shakti Yoga: Yoga in Sanskrit means 'union', with whatever each one considers higher. Shakti is the cosmic energy, the life force that is in everything… it is what we aim to awaken during our yoga practice, to reach that state of transcendence and fulfillment that all cultures seek through different practices.

Of course! In fact, I would say: not only can you, but you should. A body that doesn’t move progressively loses its mobility. The good news? Flexibility and range of motion are regained through regular practice.
Absolutely. Classes are adapted to all body types, with variations and adjustments so that everyone can progress at their own pace.
Yes, there’s no need to wait until September! We offer several options: - Single sessions (Drop-in). - 10-session cards. - Annual membership (pro-rated if you start mid-year).
You can reserve your class by filling out the contact form here on the website, sending me an email, or reaching out via phone. I’ll be happy to guide you on which class best suits your needs.
Just bring your smile! We provide mats and cushions (props). Tip: Bring a light blanket to stay warm during the final relaxation.
Forget about jeans or belts. Choose flexible, comfortable clothing (cotton is ideal). Pro-tip: Wear a t-shirt that you can tuck into your leggings or pants so it stays in place during “head-down” postures (inversions).
90 minutes: Classic Hatha Yoga. 60 minutes: Gentle Yoga, Prenatal, Children, and Private sessions.
Try not to eat 2 hours before or drink 1 hour before the session. If you are hungry, opt for a piece of fruit: it’s easy to digest and will give you the energy needed for your asanas!
No, it is a philosophy and a physical practice. The spiritual aspect is approached with flexibility and without any dogmatism. Whether you come to heal back pain, lose weight, calm your mind, or seek deeper meaning, all reasons are valid. Yoga is a universe that adapts to your own personal journey.
